Ingredients:
2 1/2 t/sp of freshly grounded coffee beans.
6-8 ounces of water, preferably filtered.
1-2 t/sp of MCT oil.
1-2 t/sp of grass-fed, unsalted butter or ghee.
How to do it perfectly:
Starting with the coffee beans, Brew 1 cup of coffee using water with 2 1/2 tablespoons of coffee beans.
Then 1-2 t/sp MCT oil. Start with 1 teaspoon and then upgrade with half tablespoon every day until you reach 2.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of grass-fed, unsalted butter or ghee. It will give your coffee the creamy texture with rich flavor.
