Product has arrived with a European plug and 3 big instruction books, none of them are in English. It’s obviously been shipped in from a European supplier. To use screen mirroring the Sony website says to select the input button on the remote control....there isn’t one. To say this is disappointing is an understatement. I chose this product as it’s Sony above all others, it’s supposed to be a really simple and straightforward set up, it’s not been complicated - have got everything else done without a manual but still these points shouldn’t exist - this should be better. Not impressed with Amazon shopping in a product set up for European use as had to buy a specific extension lead for this tv. Not cool Amazon. Fewer apps already set up than expected. Plus the Berlin Philharmonic app - again for the European market or more specifically the German market. Check before you buy that a UK set will be delivered. Remote control is simple and straightforward enough, doesn’t feel amazing quality but does the trick. Unless the trick you’re looking for is screen mirroring.What a pity....shoulda woulda coulda
