Have returned this TV given fast moving images were constantly blurry.Tried over 20 days to resolve using internet forums and even samsung direct help.Through this process, found the settings menu to be lacking any sophistication and advanced settings, and incredibly frustrting to use. (more on this below)Detail : We were only using the TV for internet streaming services (netflix, prime, itv, bbc etc) so we have no aerial wire or sky/cable. having discussed with Samsung support directly, there is a \"judder control\" setting. once we realised this didnt help at all, we were told \"oh yeh, thats only for the aerial service, it doesnt actually apply to the internet streaming apps\".Thereforth, the supports conclusion was \"your internet must be slow\". to which we confirmed the TV is sat 5 foot from the router which is providing approximately 42mbps download speeds.One of the other things we notice is that the menu options are sometimes not available (greyed out). This has no rhyme or reason behind it, and you can make the options aviable by switching off the tv at the power socket and switching on. this gives you a 15 minute window to use that setting.after much consideration and searching the internet these all seem to be known flaws in the series 7 tvs and so we are returning and looking for an alternative.Also note: this tv has not timer function, so you cant set an hour timer and fall asleep like every other tv ive had before. apparently there is a way of achieving this by integrating the tv into your \"smart things\" app on your phone and then implementing some convoluted rules.
