Great picture quality and sound is also decent. Has a nice level of smoothness for action sequences. Design is also very clean and slick. The menu interface is responsive and nice to use. Only minor complaint is the presence of rakuten on the remote and menu items as well as default free channels

Is not fully compatible with alexa like it says in description thats why only 1star sent it back didn't do as expected if not needed for Alexa very good TV

I’m really impressed with this TV. My last Samsung was from 2007 so it lasted a good 12 years. Felt I was due an upgrade and what a difference! All my movies and TV come from Netflix/Amazon Prime/catch up so it’s nice having them all built in. All I needed was to plug the tv in, log in to my Wi-fi and then I had everything. No need to mess around with HDMI cables or the like (although there is a good selection of ports - HDMI, USB, optical out).Some reviews have mentioned poor sound but it’s perfect for me, even for action movies - my TV is about 2m away from my sofa though in a fairly small room. The software is fairly customisable which makes it easy to organise your home screen.A nice positive is that at this price there’s no mic or voice assistant so there’s no worry about me being recorded when I don’t want to be!Would happily recommended this TV to anyone, especially those trying to get 4K for the first time. It will blow you away with the amount of detail you can see, even in existing 1080p shows (thanks to HDR).

I have an old Samsung and a Bravia and all with different video and audio qualities.This Samsung has a much richer and better 4k image bit the sound is woody or dull. It's like its stuck in a surround sound setting. The other reviews of the TV here and elsewhere mention sound but sound can be relative to your room and volume.For me, it's disappointing. Will I get used to it, no doubt I will but when you buy an entry level 4K TV you must have some sacrifices.The smart features are a step up from my older Samsung but basic at best.

I really like this TV and it's really excellent value for the price point. Picture very clear and the sound is really good too - I have a soundbar but I don't even bother using it for this. Netflix and Prime on the remotes so easy to just flick from one to the other all using one remote. Would definitely recommend.
