Bought these for my husband, he suffers with a bad shoulder, these, although for ladies, suit him, his shoulder is improving so I think they are very good. Before using them he had trouble sleeping on this arm, now he sleeps much better.
Quality Resistance Product
My Personal Trainer used these and they have helped tremendously particularly with a lazy gluteus maximus muscle. I decided to by my own to work harder at home and I am really happy. Quick service and they are of robust manufacture and not made of flimsy materials like some bands.
Broke on first use
Very very disappointed with these. the light and medium bands both broke on the first use...…I will not be going back to this company again
Not for me
The two lightest bands break with repetitive use even with small repetitive force white crease lines began after about 3 mins use then began to split. Useless for my injury now - waste of money.
WARNING: DO NOT BUY! I was doing a static hold of a knee raise - left knee at 90 degrees and right foot out straight, lying on back - with this band wrapped around opposing knee and foot. It snapped and stung my leg! Luckily I am not someone who is especially fragile / has sensitive skin as this may have been a serious injury. I expect much more than a refund and for the seller to cease selling these bands as they are hazardous.
Poorly made, bunch up painfully on leg
Because of the thinness of the rubber, these get twisted up where they're in contact with your skin or clothes so they end up cutting into you all the time.I was planning to use these for hip exercise, but they twist up and cut into my thigh. I kept having to pause to smooth them out, otherwise all the pressure goes into the narrow twist of rubber into the thigh. I don't recommend these. Spend the money and get something good quality if you need a theraband you can use regularly.
Brilliant product, great value for money
These are brilliant resistance bands and for a fraction of the price that many others are. After pregnancy and childbirth all of my muscles are pretty shot and normal exercise was resulting in injury. I bought a these so that I could slowly build up resistance and get those muscles building again. Have loved them and they work brilliantly. I would say all of them are useable, even the green as if you want to build up slowly like me they are perfect for this. You can also use two bands together to creat even more resistance
good but not very heavy resistance
I only use the heaviest resistant bands for my legs, and they are not crazy resistant! You might need to pop on two to make it harder. Also, they do tend to roll up when I move. It might be just me, but I see people using resistant bands that just stay put.Anyway, I like them. You can do loads of good thing with them. Might not be for professionals because of being quite ''easy''.
