Fantastic value for money

One of our employees at work had just completed 25 years service and so I was tasked with buying him a tv as this is what he asked for.I was given a set budget and he wanted as big a tv as possible for the money. I thought at this budget I would be restricted to 42-50 inch at the very most and from a cheap brand but to find a 55 inch Panasonic for the price was brilliant.The set itself looks very smart and subtle in a typical Panasonic way, I like this a lot. The remote is the standard Panasonic which means it looks dull but is very intuitive to use and the stand for the tv feels pretty solid when in place.Running through the set up screens was very simple and the picture produced was very decent through a Sky HD box. We couldn\'t try out a 4K picture but the 1080P picture looked great compared to other tv\'s in this price bracket with nice balanced colours.The sound was okay but a little bit thin, a soundbar would make a big difference.The value for money is excellent with this tv, personally I would rather go for a smaller but higher spec panel but for someone who wants the biggest screen for the money then this could be the one.

Great value for 55in!

It’sa pretty good deal at the time of buying for a 55in tv. The level of smart is more than enough for me, I need just Netflix, Prime and YouTube. The remote is a tad disappointing, the buttons aren’t responsive enough.
