I’ve had this Letscom Fitness Tracker HR Color Screen for just two days, so perhaps it’s a bit soon to post a review but I love it! I’m a complete Luddite technophobe, but it comes with a booklet which gets you started and after that it’s quite intuitive. Before buying this I had no real idea what a Fitness Tracker could do, or what I was really looking for. With the 5 star Amazon rating and the competitive price I decided that this specific Fitness Tracker would be a good ‘toe in the water’ to see whether I could understand it and get on with one. You need to synch it to an iPhone and download the App if you want to get the best from it, a simple process (I don’t know whether it’s compatible with other types of phones), as the settings are adjusted on the phone’s App. I should think it would work well enough without a synched phone, you just wouldn’t get the depth of reports or be able to play with the settings - best used with a phone then. It’s fantastic so far, robust, good looking, easy to charge up via a USB, easy to use (even for me), it automatically records your daily steps on the default setting, it’s recording my additional work out times/calories, my REM and light sleep patterns, and it even tells me via a buzz when I’ve been sitting still for too long (you can easily set the time interval). The display could stay one a bit longer for my liking - you’ve probably got about two seconds to read it before you’re looking at a blank screen again, but you get used to that. If you’re undecided regarding the technology like I was, just go ahead and buy this little gem.
