  1. A worth while investment in gaining a full workout on your arms
    After reading the different (mixed) reviews I was a little bit unsure about whether these were any good or not, so, after some research I decided to buy the medium "Pro" gripz.I was fully prepared to struggle with my normal weights during my workout routine and thought I would have to reduce the weight but, I was able to complete my workout with the same weight. However, I did find the workout more challenging using the fat gripz and I was VERY impressed with the fat gripz and how the unused muscles were now getting worked on aswell.I am really impressed with the fat gripz and enjoy the challenge they give me to complete my workout routine.

    Wouldn't workout without them now. I was skeptical at first, as I have no doubt everyone looking at buying these would, and should be. I bought these based purely on customer reviews, and didn't really question the "science". When I used them for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised to find them ergonomic and in some ways a refreshing change from the metal, but most of all, that they worked! I was expecting a big forearm burn which I didn't really get, instead my biceps were in a state of DOMS that they hadn't felt in a long time. Took nearly 5 days to recover. Since then I questioned whether it was increasing the blood flow due to more of an open hand, but after looking on the official site they had absolutely nothing much to say about it except it works the forearms more. Whatever it's doing, it works. I have seen much better forearm and bicep growth since using them, not much if any noticeable difference to the tricep but have always found that an easier muscle to grow. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!   3. Does it's job.
    I was quite sceptical at the beginning but on the very first workout I found out they are the real deal. Drying ex bar curls or exercises with dumbell I could feel nice burning feeling in my forearms. The things is I can only use it on EZ bar some of the dumbells and on cable machines like lateral pulldown because Olympic bar is too thick for it and recently they replaced the dumbells at my gym with the ones with a bit thickets handles so Fat Gripz doesn't fit there properly.
  4. Great for Building muscle but also avoiding Injury
    I'm a men's physique athelete and ChampionI've trained for over 9 years. I can safely say this product is great at what it does.What we tend to do during training for example during bicep curls or a dumbbell press is grip the bar way to tightly and what this causes is the muscles in our chest, shoulders or arms to disengage which prevents all that beautiful muscle growth.We want to make sure we put all our focus into the muscle we are working and I have found with a loser grip we can gain more focus on those muscle groups.This is where fat grips really do there job and I couldn't recommend them more. They now also have the One Series out which are slightly smaller than the regular ones and there great for all movement not only sensor pressing motions. I love using these in the gym they do work!!
  5. Huge difference in your workout
    Good packaging, very well made, which is should for the price retailing at nearly £30I can say that these are worth the money, these will last years.My local gym has new equipment installed with new bars that are taking the skin on my hands.Out these on and firearm activation, is there straight away, also you have to actively grip the bar as before you could just rest in your palm.I found that my wrists got a good working too on the bars, initially I had to drop the weight on the bench as I got used to gripping them.Dumb bells too they work great on, I felt much more muscle connection than before.After 5 sessions of using these I fully recommend them, they add an extra dimension to my workout that I've not had before and look forward to strengthening my grip, wrist and forarms along with the better mind muscle connection.
  6. fat gripz=huge gains
    Amazing product, been bodybuilding for 4 years and was amazed at the difference using fat gripz. I use them for all exercises except barbell upright rows. That is the only exercise which is extremely difficult to do with fat gripz. Everything else it works great. Some people have said you will have to come down in weight when using fat gripz. To be honest I haven't needed to do that. I'm losing 1 or 2 reps in my sets due to fat gripz but I'll soon make that up as my muscles get used to it. It targets muscle groups much more effectively, not just arms. Delts, pecs and back all receive a better work out. Don't wait buy today.   7. Feel the burn
    I use this product on all my bars and they fit quite well and are very comfortable to hold. I wouldn't recommend them for all sets as you'll find you're not able to lift quite as much because of the extra effort placed on your hands/forearms, but I do find these add an extra level of workout when applied to burnout sets with lighter weights. I've found that incorporating Fat Gripz into my strength routine has increased my forearm and grip strength considerably, which is invaluable to intense grip exercises such as deadlifts and farmer walks. You'll notice the work being applied to your hands and forearms almost instantly and wonder why you've neglected them for so long! As for mass I've not noticed much difference but I think the additional support and strength given which becomes useful in all arm-based exercises is a definite bonus.
  8. Not convinced
    I have been hitting the gym for a good 12 years and will always give something new a try just to mix it up or for that extra edge but Me and a friend have been using theses for a few month now and I can’t see or feel any difference. You have to drop the weight by a good 50% when using the fat gripz so I found that I actually dropped size because of it. No need for gimmicks, just train hard
