Our customers sometimes tell us that their ball wouldn't inflate to the right size. The problem was simply that they stopped inflating the ball too early, worried it might burst.
No need to worry! The ball is made from an anti-burst material. If it is pumped up too much, air will slowly escape, so you can continue pumping until it reaches the correct size.
It's so easy to inflate. First, warm the ball to room temperature for at least three hours. Then fill with room temperature air.
In the first instance, pump the ball to 80% of the full diameter. Then leave it for one day in a warm room before filling completely. Your ball is then ready to use!
