This skipping rope is perfect. I'm 42 and have a small back yard to exercise in during isolation, so I decided to try a skipping rope (first time in 20 years). When it arrived it was clear the skipping ropes have dramatically changed. This is a seriously high quality product and even though I havnt skipped or done much exercise, I was able to get a pretty good rhythm going.The rope comes with two metal handle, optional weights that can go inside (which I used) a rope which is metal wire covered in a plastic, and a small tube of plastic that goes in the middle of the rope to help it swing. It also comes with a little bag to put it in.I did find the rope initially a bit big so I trimmed it, however as it is wire it does need wire cutters. But installing the wire is very easy.Overall the high quality metal build is excellent and it is a very fast skipping rope thanks to the balance and rotating mechanisms in the handle.+ High quality build+ Durable+ Fast and balancedI hope you found this review helpful.

Trying to stay fit while locked up at home isn't easy and I was looking for new ways to increase my fitness. A good weight skipping rope is a real workout. This rope looks brilliant, the weights can be added or removed quickly and the length can be partially adjusted, however for me there is a little bit too much slack and with it being steel wire, I haven't even attempted to cut it to shorten it down.Overall everything about this is great, just the amount of adjust-ability for me still leaves a bit too much slack.

This item arrived safe and well packaged.This is a great rope for getting fit! Not just your average playground skipping rope for sure.The ability to add weights into it gives this added benefits for your workout. Great for building up, for cross fit, bootcamp and any high intensity workout.I highly recommend this product.

I have around 8 different steel-wire speed jump ropes that I use as part of a fitness club I run at my workplace. None of them come close to the quality of this one!Usually the cable is held with a screw thread tightened against the wire - in this design the wire is gripped by a tidier and more secure self locking mechanism.Usually the handles are plastic - these are alloy. Usually they are light and flimsy - these contain additional weights for more forearm and wrist strengthening.In all it’s just a more serious and higher spec training tool. If you like to train with quality gear then I’ve not found better. That said you can get a great workout with a more basic skipping rope so it comes down to preference in the end.I would caution against travelling with these in hand luggage as they might be considered as a potential weapon - otherwise my new favourite skipping rope.

Last time when I jumped with a rope was more then 20 years ago.I really love it, I think is great to loose some kilograms.It is a great quality and looks durable!Highly recommend!

This is a great skipping rope to use as part of your workout. My partner says it’s great, the wire rope moves smoothly and it keeps its shape. It comes in a very nice gift box with instructions telling you how to assemble it. It comes in pieces so that you can cut the rope to the appropriate size for your height. It’s easy to put together and doesn’t take long. I like that it comes like this, because you can make sure it’s the ideal length for you.The skipping rope looks great, it looks very sleek and professional. It’s a very good quality product. I can’t comment on value for money because there’s currently no price listed for this product.
