This recipe depend on real fresh garlic, that will give you the intense garlic flavor.You can paste from the garlic to avoid getting chunks on the fries.
How to easily make it:
Combine the pressed garlic with a flavored vegetable oil like grapeseed oil, salt, pepper, and the rosemary and let them sit for at least half an hour to let the rosemary and garlic infuse the strong-flavored aroma.
Place the fries in the Air fryer basket at 400°F for 20 minutes to let it crisp from the outside and tender in the inside.
Once your fries are ready, remove them quickly into a large bowl, add half of the mixture of the infused garlic first, then season with salt and pepper, and then taste. Add the other half of the mixture and mix again. And finally, add the fresh parsley to garnish. A fresh punch of grated Parmesan cheese will strongly rich the flavor but it is totally optional.
